Regarding the aspects below:

Location: Emerald Hills

Purchase: We purchased this property mid-build

Quality: - The attention to detail was impeccable
- The designer had a very keen eye. Everything blended in extremely well, right down to the colours, patterns of the tiles and internal walls, brands and the consistent styling both outside and in
- The functionality was considered thoroughly
- The list of inclusions (in this particular build) was very much appreciated. High ceilings, down lights throughout, quality appliances, intercom/alarm and stone benches were top notch
- The build wasn’t rushed but it still kept to agreed timelines

Flexibility: Julian was amazing when it came to have input on the finishes. He was flexible enough to accommodate our specific requirements even though he already had a master plan in place. All this while they were preparing to have their newborn!

Cost: Similar builds would have cost me far more. However, he did not compromise on quality. The house is the only one of its kind in the area and it has definitely attracted a lot of compliments compared to the other builds in the area.

Service: The Belle team were always available to take my calls and they were timely with all communications. They took this build quite personally too, investing a lot of their time and care into the final product. I could tell Julian was almost sad to part with what would have otherwise been his own home, but he was more than delighted to have put a smile on our faces too as he handed us the keys personally on the first day :). You can tell he takes immense pride in his work. We all got a bit emotional as we popped the champers! The team took the stress and uncertainty/unpredictability out of building, completing our build within 3 months!

Integrity: I understand from others that it is very hit and miss when it comes to finding a decent builder. I found the Belle team honest and reliable, getting a big company build without losing the personal touch and good family values. There were no smoke and mirrors with anything and I even invited them to my house warming!

Once again guys, thanks for such an amazingly easy journey. After all the research I’ve done to find a builder over the last four months, I’m glad that we ended up settling on Belle. I’d definitely recommend you guys to others wanting to build. My first referral will be to my uncle who is looking to build next year!

Julian and his team are nothing short of outstanding, apart from the workmanship the thing that sets them aside from every other building company is their communication with their clients which is key to them being able to achieve satisfaction so easily. They make you and your needs their priority and endeavour to not just building you just a house, they build your home.

The experience with Belle Lifestyle has opened us up to any future building needs we have we will certainly be using them again without any doubt. We are extremely happy with our home and have no need to leave any time soon though :)

After speaking to a number of builders Jullian's genuine passion and up front approach won me over, his input and willingness to get the best product was evident from start to finish even a few months after completion nothing is too much.

Throughout the build he always answered his phone and kept me up to date also coming straight back to me with any questions or concerns I had.

The build was finished ahead of time and I can confidently say the attitude to delivering a high quality build is second to none.
